Not just metaphorically, but truly. Through the breath as it rises and falls. Through the swing of arms on a walk. Through hands in the soil or shaping something with care. Through subtle gestures, fidgeting feet, or quiet stretches while listening. Through presence that is fluid, grounded, and alive.
