This was really helpful. I'm doing a lot of work with the body lately, and "listening" to the body more, but there is a confusion with what I "feel" and what is needed often. Feel like laying down/low motivation, but need gentle stretching and movement as example.

I was nodding my head all through that one. Brilliant. It took me a long time to figure out that my chronic fatigue can be made worse by too much rest. Just about any day that I can get out for a short walk, or to visit the horses, even for a little while, I'll feel better. Now its time to try those free weights out again!

So happy to hear it connected for you! I always say, just try something for 5 minutes and see how you feel. You can still decide to not do it at that point but notice if something shifts. Often times it does!
