Breath as Prayer

1

The breath can be a conduit for connection to something bigger than us, something that can’t be broken down into words. While co-regulation in those big scary life moments is necessary, it is not the only way to ground ourselves. Sometimes a tethering to the beyond-the-human, to Gaia or God, or whatever you’d like to call it, is what we really need. In this webinar, we used the breath to retether us, and I would like to give you a taster of our practice.

“It is about creating a sense of relationship with the transpersonal, with, in the Jungian world, we call the objective psyche, unus mundus, with the universe, with what is good and life giving … we can call it source.”

If your interested in participating and joining for next week’s session, please go to my website to register for the weekly practice of Mystical Aliveness: Soul in Motion, every Wednesday from 12-1pm ET.

For my upcoming webinars and workshops:

About me:

As a Jungian Psychoanalyst, I immerse myself in the intricate interplay of the body and psyche, aiming to awaken a profound responsiveness to life's mysteries and rekindle the enchantment of existence. My journey, etched with the contours of movement and somatic scholarship, has led me to forge an alchemical path to increasing wholeness, wherein embodiment and movement act as alchemic agents for personal metamorphosis. I've beheld the profound awakening that unfolds when we engage in conscious dialogue with the emotional tapestry encoded within the body's subtle gestures and dream symbols.
