In this episode, we ask if not now, when? It takes a leap to try new things. That leap may take us away from our focus on safety, security and certainty to pursue what we are really interested in as we get older. Survival of our vitality depends on not falling into despair and trying to stay connected to what we love, even more so in these times of uncertainty in the global world, something we are all facing.
“We can get stuck sometimes without needing to be stuck and that kind of clinging to certainty and safety to the point that we might not even take risks to try new things that we are really interested in.”

About me:
As a Jungian Psychoanalyst, I immerse myself in the intricate interplay of the body and psyche, aiming to awaken a profound responsiveness to life's mysteries and rekindle the enchantment of existence. My journey, etched with the contours of movement and somatic scholarship, has led me to forge an alchemical path to increasing wholeness, wherein embodiment and movement act as alchemic agents for personal metamorphosis. I've beheld the profound awakening that unfolds when we engage in conscious dialogue with the emotional tapestry encoded within the body's subtle gestures and dream symbols.
